now i'm totally confused. some of those have slits on the back, some only have slits on the left side, and not the right, and some, most notably the balck ones, don't have slits at all.

?

The slits appear to be only on the exhaust side. As luck would have it, none of the black ones are shown from the exhaust side.

I think they only have slits on the right side. There are no pictures of a black one from that side.

I hope these aren't coming to America any time soon...it will either depress me or make me want to spend more $$...

you guys know i am totally buying one of those right?

seem it will arrive in the states pretty soon? I emailed vespa usa to inquire but will probably need luck for them to respond back......

The Slits represent the vintage look like an old school Rally cowl. now all they need are Rally Stripes

Indeed they are.

326 pounds. Completely acceptable.

The specs add up to negligible increase in horsepower (15.8 kw vs 15.7 kw)and about 10% increase in torque (22.3 Nm vs 20.2 Nm) as compared to the GTS 250. A test ride is needed before a decision can be made.

Why have they used the old GT dash, loads left in the parts bin?

Why put slits in the side panel?

I do like the wheels though.

I still say that if I change my GTS next year then I will be more likely to go for a GTV or BV500 if I can get one as they dont sell them officially in the UK, but I should be able to get one from the continent.

Hate the digital readout - goes totally against the retro look of the machine.

I always assumed it meant GranTourismoSport.
