IIRC (shoot me down if I'm wrong) they have been banned from here, and certainly from the forums I run as they are spammers.

Their goods may be legit. Their marketing sucks - and for that alone I'd never buy from them.

Not defending ScootRS or their marketing tactics, but they apparently do have a few worthwhile products. I was looking for replacement rubber suction cups for the bottom of my front rack (the originals were seriously suffering from ozone rot), and they were the only place I could find them. I ordered two sets, and they were delivered promptly and as advertised.
